This is Halloween

Lia clutched the kitten with one arm as Malachi dragged her away, before she started to run of her own will. Following Malachi, the Quarian hoped that Pepsi had run. She shouted to Malachi, "What the fuck is going on? Who was that bosh'tet back there hanging people from the roof?"

Still in pursuit of the unknown, Rathborne whippd out his Webley and bellowed, "Stop! In the name of the law!"

Slowing to a stop, Rathborne took aim at one of the creatures pursuing Lia and co. and fired, two .455 bullets sent cracking towards his target.

He had no idea what those creatures were - he prayed that he'd at least get their attention.

Malachi didnt stop, he held lia's hand tightly, "They're called cenobites, and right now, all you need to know is that the best thing to do right now... is fucking run. We cant take them all by ourselves.

Pinhead saw one of his cenobites fall to the ground dead, his body reverting to its original state before returning to the labrytnth. He turned to see the shooter. He motioned for Butterball and the female to go after him. The two cenobites moved to take the man.

Rathborne swore as two of those ... things turned their attention to him. He quickly glanced back to the theatre, a desperate plan forming in his mind as he began to back away towards it, firing at the creatures (but not necessarily planning on killing them ... yet.)

Lia glanced back over her shoulder just in time to see Pinhead pause and send two of the cenobites after the human that was shooting them. She turned her gaze forward again and asked, "How do we get away from so many of them?"

"You don't. Hehehehehe." A woman in a pitch black robe stood in an alleyway ahead practically yelled, standing resoulte and unfearful. Off in the distance, a horse clip clap could be heard, approaching steadily.

Malachi really didnt have an answer, and chuckled a bit, "And to think this began as such a nice evening, huh?"

Carter still clung to lia, the cat was scared out of its little mind, it shivered and held on to the quarian for dear life.

Charles watched from the rooftops as the group of cenobites chased after Malachi... and what appeared to be his date. The ghoul scratched his forehead a bit, then just shrugged. He took the small radio from his belt and sternly ordered, "Do it now."

"Yes Comrade" came a voice. Soldiers of the order, the Peoples Sect, began to crawl from the allies and sewers, there were maybe eight of them. They were newly recruited from this world, and would serve with a fresh vigor that brought a smile to Charles' gray lips. Then the first shot was fired.

A cultist shivered a bit after have firing his first round, but then smiled behined the standard issue gasmask that all the grunts wore. He and the others began to unload into the small crowd of cenobites, the creatures outnumbered them 2-1, and with an unnatural healing ability it was unlikely that they would really survive. But he no longer cared, he was giving himself to the cause of the order, the gods, the people! he killed one of the creatures and laughed a bit... before a throwing knife found its way into his neck. He fell to the ground, a smile on his unseen face.

Malachi was a bit dumbfounded, he stopped in his tracks, but still clung tightly to lia, soldiers in order colors were covering them so they could escape. The radio attatched to his belt beeped, he answered it. "Hello?" He answered, still a bit confused.

"Meet me back at the mansion, you might want to hurry my comrades can only hold them for so long."

Malachi turned to lia, "We should probably get back to the mansion... and then lock it down... and then add some magick wards.. and a laser defense system wouldnt hurt either.

With new arrivals ursting from the alleyways and sewer, Rathborne bolted up the stairs of the theatre, ejecting the empty bullet cases of hi pent revolver and slamming new rounds into the cylinders.

Eventually, he kidded to a halt on the blood-slickened carpet, with nowhere else to go. Realising that the only way out for him was- No, he dare not think about it.

He reluctantly knelt and swiped some of the pooling blood off the floor.

Lia watched as the new, gas masked, and couldn't help but shiver as she watched them fight the cenobites before turning to Malachi. "I think you're right. Let's go now." She couldn't help but glimpse back again before turning in the direction of the mansion. "A vehicle may help too." With that she released Malachi and gripped the kitten.

Servant Archer ran after Lia, a smil on her face; a geniune one. It wasn't dark, or forboding, it was just a sigh of happyness, and in a situation such as this, it meant nigh oblviousness, or this was simply something that didn't concern her very much. By the look of things, she had a all black robe on, with a slight sign of wear and tear around it, as she ran.

Carter hissed at Servant Archer, it didnt trust the new arrival.

Malachi raised his magnum to the strangers head. "What the hell do you want?" He croaked at the hooded figure. First Cenobites, then the peoples sect, and now this bullshit... all he wanted was a nice night out with lia. He grumbled to himself, "Whats next? Freddie and fuck'n jason?

The Quarian took a step back, ready to defend herself if need be. She found the smile to be slightly disturbing but disarming one. Nonetheless, she wasn't completely sure she liked the new arrival and Malachi pointing his weapon at the new figure didn't help her find any trust or comfort from his appearance.

As the two creatures that had been pursuing him barged into the theatre, Rathborne arose, placing a bloody finger on his tongue. Power began to flow through him a his iris and pupil turned blood red.

"The hunter becomes the prey." he taunted his pursuers as the lighting within the theatre began to flicker and die. Rathborne's shadow grew larger as well as the now-unleashed vampire charged towards his pursuers, screaming in animalistic rage....

"Maybe!" The girl under the hood said in an over enthusiastic voice, a little to enthusiastic. She didn't mind the weapon being pointed at her- and besides, that one guy was being rude! If he had just said please....but no, no one says please. It was so annoying, but she dealt with it anyway. But then, if she dealt with it, she let people step on her through that.......what a conondrum. But alias, she would not stoop to such a low level of getting angry at someone elses rude behavior problems. Even IF they were in a situation like this....

But then, it was kind of understandable. If you thought about all the various factors that could cause him to be rude. Perahps he had a bad day? Well, he was certainly having one now, for the most part. She'd best just follow them and keep a happy face on for good measure.

Lia took another step back and chuckled nervously before saying, "We need to go. She turned to Malachi and grabbed his shoulder to give it a light tug before releasing him. She just wanted to be away from the madness that had consumed this night, and despite the attachment that she had developed for Pepsi, she couldn't think about much else other than getting herself and those she knew in her immediate vicinity away from what would be an imminent death. She clutched the cat a bit tighter, much to Carter's discomfort as waited for Malachi.

Malachi nodded and turned away from archer, "Lets get going, if cenobites poured through, no telling what else might happen.. the gates are really thin this year. He looked at lia and smiled a bit, he wondered were pepsi was for a second... he felt a little guilty having to leave without her but he was sure that the little mage could make her way back to the house unharmed. He picked up his radio, "Hey charles, keep an eye out for a little girl, trust me you'll be able to tell which one i mean." Charles sighed over the radio.

"You got a kid? how long have you been in this dimension? only been a few weeks back home.. well i'll have the boys send you and ya girl a gift basket or some such bullshit."

Malachi was about to retort but the connection was cut, "Well then, off we go." He said, starting towards the mansion.

(Time skip)

"Well, this is a pretty nice place." The mansion was certainly erie, for one. Lots of fog, and it was fairly secluded, no trick or treaters around this place, uh huh. Damn annoying kids with their annoying prattle about their annoying yummy candy.

Lia glanced out the window watching for cenobites. "What do we do now?" She turned to Malachi and Archer, searching for an answer. The nervousness could be heard in her voice.

Having retreated from the theatre after attempting to deal with the cebonites, Rathborne walked up to the front door of the mansion and, using the knob on the top of his walking stick, knocked on the door.

malachi drew his magnum, just incase it was an unwanted vistor at the door. He walked to the door, and looked through the peep hole. He sighed in relief when he saw it wasn't a cenobite, he had seen this man out in the street and in the theater earlier. He asked him through the door. "Who are you and what do you want?"

Carter held onto lia tightly, the little cat was still shaking, this was all a bit much for the kitten.

Charles and his men patrolled the streets, the majority of the cenobites had left to follow the lament configuration, so that left him time to find Malachi's kid. "Hard to believe that malachi's got a kid before i did, hm, Kara's gonna wanna see her new little cousin..." He talked to himself as he went along. His soldiers looked at each other a little confused but then just shrugged and continued their sweep.

Servant Archer stood outside the house, a laid back expression on her face as she watched the outer forest, her eyes reinforced. There wasn't much out there she considered a threat, really. But then, there were a lot of Servants running around the planet....she didn't know if the world would find a special retribution for that, or deply any counter guardians to stop them. Oh well. It wasn't like it mattered much to her anyway.

Hearing a voice on the other side and a beady eye through the peep hole, Rathborne withdrew his reloaded Webley in the off-chance he was about to be attacked and called back. "Inspector Rathborne. Hellsing. Open this door!"

He just inwardly prayed he didn't need to use his revolver.

Lia held Carter against her with one hand and recovered her pistol from the table nearby. She wasn't willing to trust anyone that she did not know or could not see at the moment. She would rather have her pistol and not use it than need it and not have it. With the gun in hand, the quarian walked toward Malachi, until the door was in view, and stopped, waiting.

Malachi sighed and let the man in, "Come on in, quick, and get ready to fight." He turned back to lia, "Lia, i need you to try and solve that puzzle box. Thats how we get rid of em... but the drawback is that if you fiddle with it, they come after you, so i would try and get it righ tsweety." He chuckled nervously.

Charles and his men had stopped and set up a small fire, they sat in a circle, gear next to them on the ground. Charles towered over them even as he sat. He was a tall ghoul, and his attire consisted of gray combat fatigues and a black beret with a red star. His large hands polished his assault rifle and he hummed to himself. "United forever in friendship and labor, our mighty republics forever endure..."

Dashing inside and cocking the hamer of his revolver, Rathborne asked, "Why? Who or what is going to-"

He stopped as he heard the roars of some creature in the distance.
